Oral Presentation
Length: 15 minutes
Laptop and projector are going to be provided.
The presentation has to be copied to the laptop at the beginning of the section.
Optimal conditions for presentation files:
Presentation file: Microsoft Powerpoint or pdf
Resolution: 1024*768 XGA
In your slides: Do not use letters smaller than 12 pt.
If you use animations please embed them, if it is a special animation send the codec also and bring all the files on a CD to the Conference.
If you have a Macintosh computer, it can be plugged in having a conventional, 15-pin socket. If your computer does not have this connection, please bring an appropriate converter with you.

Poster printing
We hereby offer you the possibility of having your poster printed locally, so that you do not have to be bothered with the production and transportation of your poster.
The posters will be printed on a standard standing A/0 size (84 x 119 cm - 1 sqm) 200g/sqm photobase paper. The price of the service: 35 €/poster, including VAT.
To take advantage of this service you should comply with the following terms:

You should be a registered participant

You should have an accepted poster presentation
The process of the service is as follows:

Send your file to the same address before 20 June*
If your file is too large to send via ordinary e-mail please use the free Mammutmail or Yousendit services. -
You HAVE TO receive a confirmation about the file quality from the organisers

Payment method:
Advanced payment is necessary to print your poster. It can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
On-site cash payment is not available!
