We plan to hold a welcome reception on Saturday evening at 18.00 at the conference venue. This will be a 2 hour programme with BBQ dinner with drinks at the terrace of the hotel (venue).
The programme is included in the registration fee.

Half day Budapest sightseeing with dinner
The main attraction of the sightseeing will be the visit of the Hospital in the rock museum. Beneath the Buda Castle District lie approximately 10 kilometres of interconnected caves, cellars and meandering tunnels, which the inhabitants have continuously used, expanded and rebuilt. You will visit this very special museum, which was the best exhibition of the year.
We invite you to a historical time journey to a gruesome but still human and informative period of the twentieth century.
During the tour you will be able to have a pleasant walk in the castle area. Among several famous sights, the following places will be visited: Buda Castle, Fisherman's Bastion.
The Pest side will be also discovered by bus, such as: Heroes' Square, Basilica, Opera House etc.
Dinner will be served in a local restaurant. Bus transfer back to the venue.
Price of the tour: 45 EUR / person

The gala dinner will take place on the Count Széchenyi Boat.
This boat is currently Budapest's only operating paddle wheeled, deck boat that can provide unforgettable entertainment.
Inlay ornate walls, etched-glass metal chandeliers, custom-designed carpet, teak known from luxury yachts- wood veneered board, lead crystal glasses, as well as exclusive English china cutlery provide a unique, elevated atmosphere for exclusive events.
Guests who like specialties can admire the original engine room and the operating paddle wheels from the main deck.

09.00	Leaving the Conference Venue by bus (meeting point: main entrance of Danubius Thermal Hotel Margitsziget)
10.15	Arrival at the Royal Palace in Visegrád. Welcome snacks and drink. Short introduction on the history of the Castle.
11.15	Parade with drums and flags to the „Salamon-tower" (cca. 400 m). Wine tasting on the panorama balcony of the tower with white and red wines. Introduction on the local knight order, on the knight tournament and on the tower.
12.00	Knight tournament, King and Queen selection ceremony, falcon show, duels, weapon tryouts.
13.00	The tournament is followed by a royal feast in Renaissance Restaurant, guests march (torch-light in dark) to the restaurant (200 meters) led by drummers.
15.00	Transfer back to the Conference Venue. Approximate arrival at 16.00
